Managing Devices in Platter POS
Overview
The Devices page in Platter Back Office allows administrators to view and manage all devices registered with a restaurant location. It provides important information such as the device name, model, battery level, connection status, and last updated time.
Administrators can also open an individual device to review detailed application, hardware, battery, and network information. These details help monitor device activity, identify outdated application versions, and troubleshoot connectivity or synchronization issues.
