Payments

  • Card payments are processed by Moneris, at Moneris preferred pricing for Platter customers. Subject to Moneris approval. Preferred pricing applies while you use Platter. Merchants already processing with Moneris may not qualify; Moneris confirms what applies.
  • Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android in the Platter app is powered by Stripe.
  • Accepted tenders: credit, debit, tap, cash and gift cards.

Devices and integrations

  • Runs on iPad, iPhone and Android, with a web back office.
  • Epson receipt and kitchen printers; Moneris terminals pair over Wi-Fi.
  • Uber Eats, DoorDash and SkipTheDishes orders arrive in Platter through Deliverect.
  • SMS through the restaurant’s own Twilio account.
