How it will work
- Set your rewards. Choose whether guests earn by visits or by spend, and decide what they unlock, such as a free coffee or a dessert.
- Look guests up at checkout. Find a guest by phone number on the iPad or a server’s phone, and apply points or a reward to the bill.
- Sell gift cards. Physical cards at the counter, with digital gift cards planned for Q1 2027.
- See what’s working. Reports show rewards earned and redeemed, and gift card sales and balances.
