Card details are taken on the Moneris terminal or in Tap to Pay, and Platter doesn’t store card numbers on your iPads or phones.
Hosted on Amazon Web Services
Platter is cloud-based and hosted on Amazon Web Services, so your data lives in the cloud rather than on a single device at the restaurant.
A PIN for every staff member
Each staff member logs in with their own PIN, and the same PIN is used to clock in and out, so actions are tied to a person.
Roles and permissions
Create roles such as Manager, Server and Host in the back office. Each role has its own permissions, so you control which actions each person can take on the POS.
