How it will work
- Set your tip-out rules. Pool tips by role, hours or sales, and set tip-outs for the kitchen and support staff.
- Close the day. Platter totals tips from every payment and works out each person’s share from the hours they clocked.
- Review and approve. Managers check the split before it’s final.
- Export for payroll. Send hours and tips to your payroll provider.
