Platter runs on the iPad, iPhone and Android devices you may already own, with Epson printers, Moneris terminals and optional kitchen and customer displays.
What a Platter set-up can include
Start with one tablet and a terminal, and add devices as you need them.
Tablets
Run the Platter POS app on iPad or Android tablets at the counter, host stand or bar. The main POS tablet is included; each extra tablet is $10 a month.
Phones
Servers can take orders and payments on iPhone or Android phones. Phones are free to add.
Moneris terminals
Card payments run on Moneris terminals that pair with Platter over Wi-Fi. Moneris confirms the terminal options with your merchant account.
Epson printers
Epson receipt and kitchen printers can route items by station. Printers are free to add in Platter.
Kitchen display
A kitchen display shows tickets by station and moves them from Preparing to Ready. $15 a month per screen.
Customer display
Show guests their items, tax and total before they pay. $15 a month per display.
Kitchen screens or paper, your choice
Run a kitchen display, Epson kitchen printers, or both. Kitchen profiles keep each station focused, so the bar only sees drinks.
