Built for the lunch rush
When the line is out the door, every second at the register counts. Self-Order Kiosk lets guests order while they wait, so staff can focus on making food.
One menu, one kitchen
The kiosk uses your Platter menu and sends orders to the same printers and kitchen display as the counter.
How it will work
- Set up a kiosk. Use a tablet on a stand at the counter, running your Platter menu.
- Guests build their order. They browse photos, choose modifiers and see suggested sides and drinks.
- Guests pay at the kiosk. The order is paid before it reaches the kitchen.
- The kitchen gets the ticket. Orders print or show on kitchen screens with counter orders, and guests see or get a text when their order is ready.
Who it’s for
Quick service, fast casual, cafés and food hall counters with a lunch rush. Kiosks take orders while staff make food, and one menu in Platter keeps the kiosk, counter and delivery apps in step.
Why kiosks pay for themselves
Guests at a kiosk take their time, see every option and add the sides and drinks they might skip when ordering in a rush. Staff who used to take orders can make food, run trays or keep the dining room clean instead.
