How it works
- Add tips paid by card and in cash for the period. If your policy withholds a credit card processing fee from card tips, enter it; otherwise leave it at 0.
- List everyone in the pool with their hours and points. Points let you weight roles, for example 10 for servers, 5 for kitchen and 3 for hosts.
- Each person’s share is the pool × (their hours × points) ÷ the total of everyone’s hours × points.
