Prerequisites

  • Reservation Module is assigned to the user.

  • Twilio is configured for SMS notifications.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Platter POS application.

  2. Tap Reservations in the navigation rail.

  3. Tap New reservation.

  4. Enter the required details:

    • Phone number

    • Customer name

    • Adults

  5. Enter additional details if needed:

    • Kids

    • Email

    • Date and Time (today and the current time are filled in for you)

    • Note

Note: Reservations will not be created unless all required fields are completed.

Managing Reservations

  5. Tap Select to confirm.

  • The selected table is now assigned to the reservation and shows in the Table column. To remove it, tap the x on the table and confirm with Remove.
